This is a simple Fast Fourier Transform using Gaussian and sinusoidal wave data. Version 1.5 uses an interactive graph from Matplotlib and uses Navigation Toolbars. The plotting button is divided into plot sinewave, calculate FFT, and plot spectrogram.
