Description

This pull request introduces the ATS Score Recognizer feature, which enhances our application's ability to interpret and evaluate ATS scores from various input formats. This addition aims to streamline the user experience for applicants and recruiters alike.

• Score Parsing: The recognizer can accurately parse ATS scores from both plain text and JSON formats.

• Created a new module ats_score_recognizer.py responsible for the core functionality.
