This is a demo repo to show members of CyberWVU how to use git and github.

Package Managers

Windows

• chocolatey : https://chocolatey.org/install#install-step2
  • ex : * run as admin * choco install python
• scoop : https://scoop.sh/
  • ex: scoop install python

Mac OS

• homebrew : https://brew.sh/ (can be used w/linux)
• python3 should alrady be installed run python3 in terminal to check

Linux

• use apt or apt_get --if your using the LOUD.ova ignore this
  • sudo apt update && sudo apt install python3

Text editors

• VSCode : https://code.visualstudio.com/download
• Neovim : [package manager cmd] install nvim
• Vim : [package manager cmd] install vim
