The Repairs-Hub application is a web application for diagnosing complex repair situations. Complex situations arise when repairs operatives cannot carry out a repair for various reasons such as:

  • Leaks coming from the dwelling above
  • Unable to access dwelling as the resident is not at home
  • Unable to complete a repair as another trade is required
  • The resident is "at risk" and needs additional support

The Repairs-Hub is a ruby-on-rails application with a small amount of javascript to make ajax requests.
