Updated to LÖVE 11.1

Applied that last commit of 11.1 which updates the internal version of LÖVE.

A functional LÖVE 11.0 build !

Finally, after lots of work I managed to create a fully working 11.0 build,
Not only that, but it also has some commits made after the 11.0 tag, including:

• Canvas performance fix
• Mobile stencil support fix
• Fix LÖVE behaving incorrectly when there's an active canvas while calling love.event.quit("restart").
