A huge update coming up!

+ Now you can see the comboname in the CMD header
+ Now the skin counter in the UI/folders counts up to 200 skins
+ Now you can use up to 5000 threads
+ Now you can save only login:password of your accounts (without other stuff, line by line). Check settings for more info
+ Slight improvements in output files
- Removed the "30 seconds" text
