- Resolves issue described here Handle single baseline case serac_tests#22
- Adds info on how to update integration test tolerances
- Minor docs tweaks (updating compiler/ machine versions, spelling, etc)
- I avoided updating the WSL Ubuntu stuff, since I haven't tested this myself, and don't know the current status of that.

The caliper files issue should be resolved when we can set the WORKING_DIRECTORY to test in BLT. I'll start working on that this week.
