[FEATURE] Proposing a Visualization module to assist ASL analysis and study

It could be useful to have some simple methods to evaluate the ASL data (input or output) by visual methods (graphs, diagrams, etc).

Describe the solution you'd like
A module with simple methods that can be helpful for ASL data evaluation/analysis, in order to give a visual information to the user about the ASL data itself, or assisting for data quality assurance

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using visual graphs/diagrams/etc by know python libs (matplolib, seaborn, etc).

Additional context
Ideas to be implemented:

• PLD voxel pattern analysis (see if the PLD signal is correctly acquired)
• MultiTE ASL voxel analysis for both PLD and TE sequences
• DW ASL, the same idea as MultiTE
