Use conda-released Firecrown version; update build #41

This PR adds instructions for installing the released version of Firecrown into a conda (or mamba) environment for use by augur. The environment includes all other software products needed for the augur build.

It also bumps the version of augur from 0.1.0 to 0.1.1, so that it will be easier to identify installations that have the newer version.
