Code to run the LED team numbers for the stand

Instructions for loading the code

1. Uncomment only one #define LED_COUNT statement on lines 8-15. Each one has a comment above it describing which of the 4 numbers it belongs to
2. Compile and deploy the code to the arduino nano for the number.
   • Choose the board as Arduino Nano
   • Choose the processor as `ATmega328P (Old Bootloader)
