During consensus sequence generation, the locus information needs to be included in the files for each sample. Downstream filtering (sequence list generation) relies on this information being there to remove specific loci from consensus files.
The inclusion of gene name is done for the normal run, but was omitted from the intronerate option. It should now include the locus name.
