Fixed Set Placed GL_Turret Errors

SetPlaced func is modified so that gl_turret is like a default sentry

• Refactored and removed unnecessary functions
• The knife is no longer deactivate; instead, player lose double the score of a kill.
• Moded weapons can be added with add_custom_weapon(, , , );
• Now requires maps\mp\lethalbeats_utility.gsc utility script
