Add statuses customization for STA pipeline

And added possibility to customize statuses in STA. So without customization it will use Done

Jira library migration

Utils was migrated to public version of Jira library. And now this utils will request up to 5000 issues for analyze

SpentTimeAnalytics and -epic flag

So now you can use -epic flag with wtl
And you can use new analytics SpentTimeAnalytics. So just read about it in the docs
