Restructured existing Slashing topic in a Concept and set of How To topics. While restructured also edited to reduce wordiness, and backwards facing pronouns ('this' mainly).
Will require some follow up PRs once this is merged to more fully build out the content.
This PR didn't introduce new content but due to the significant editing in some places, a tech review would be good.
There's a broken link currently - have followed up here to find out where this should be pointing and will fix with review rework.
