Release v.1.1.0 - Fake api integration

In this release, the integration with a fake api was implemented in general, to bring greater depth to the project. Some of the features were:

• Creating a fake api with miragejs and feeding fictitious data with faker
• Add react query to data fetching, local cache and data syncing
• Data consumption from the api
• User list paging
