Fix for compile typeError

Description

Some recently updated package is triggering an inconsistently replicable bug shown above. This PR is available should it happen more often and we need to correct it.

There seems to be some issue with how vite compiles and how some MUI modules use esm vs cjs. From what I can tell vite is not compiling right but some MUI modules are being updated to new conventions.

• styled_default is not a function
  • Popper.js:9 Uncaught TypeError: styled_default is not a function mui/material-ui#32727
  • Popper.js:11 Uncaught TypeError: styled_default is not a function at Popper.js:11:20  vitejs/vite#12423

Note to self: Add and removal of this as temporary fix has unintended issues. For example classes stopped working on TableHead.jsx . I think a compiled chunk was not enough of an error to break but was out of date.
