This implements enough of the UI to be functional at a high level, though is missing a couple features like AutoDiscover and EBOOT reverting.
Scetool also does not work correctly, so this shouldn't be actually released/deployed anywhere.
This also doesn't include GitHub Actions support for the time being.
I want this branch to stop being so bloated, though, and merging master back into this is getting tiresome... so I'm just going to mainstream it now and work on it incrementally from there.
