Now with Multilingual support

If you require TwET to be in different languages, that is now a possibility!

So far, only Russian is the only one included.

v1.1-alpha

The first bugs from the wild are dealt with.

New features:

• Saves library paths to a local ini file
• Some nice help text
• Some checks to make sure you can do things

Windows only release.

v1-alpha

Still requires some testing.

Mac version has issues. Icon tool also has issues.

Almost feature complete

A large number of user prompts and checks are still missing, but is effectively fully functional.
However, some fields are still not being written to the output JS file. These will occur in v1.

Also this is a Windows only release.

Other issues: Background prompt is still required to appear to be able to run.
