Rocket fix 008:

- Added BecomeStation component
- Fixed thruster power issue
- Updated price (7000->7500)
- Added defibrilator
- Added fire extinguisher
- Unanchored generator and added wrench to fix power network bug where the ship would stay unpowered unless generator was re-anchored.
- Replaced airlocks with easy-pry airlocks to account for ship starting unpowered
