Do You Need to Upgrade?
If you're on Umbraco v10.2 to 12.x then no. But I recommend you do upgrade now so there is one less thing to think about when you upgrade to v13. If you try and run a v13 site with <= v1.1.3 of this package then your site won't load due to the removal of some method overloads in the Umbraco v13 codebase.
