Preprocess Data

By clicking the Preprocess Menu option, the user begins the preprocessing functions that:

• Clean the data and interpolate both subject's pupils into one cleaned pupil array
• Organize the data into
  • A matrix that contains all the data and is organized as: subject x time x events
  • A matrix that contains all the averaged subject data subject x time x condition
  • Other housekeeping tools
