  1. New case1197.m, created new case of a 1197 bus test system 

    A new case file of a published 1197 mode test distribution
network has been created.  The test system was published
in
   [1]  Masoum AS, Deilami S, Moses PS, Masoum MA, Abu-Siada A. Smart load
   management of plug-in electric vehicles in distribution and residential
   networks with charging stations for peak shaving and loss minimisation
   considering voltage regulation. IET generation, transmission & distribution.
   2011 Aug 1;5(8):877-88.

The casefile has been verified to run using the runpf('case1197)'
command and produces acceptable results (e.g., minimum voltage is
0.923 pu and the Newton-Raphson algorithm converging in 3 iterations.)
