The current setup needs libdrake.so and other drake libraries as dependencies installed for the wheel to work.

Need to distribute drake libraries with the wheel to make things work. (or look at pybind again and see if there are any static compilation options)

I can use Drake's implementation as a reference: https://github.com/RobotLocomotion/drake/blob/master/tools/wheel/image/build-wheel.sh
