I ran NG-MASTER on 349 N. gonorrhoeae genomes. I updated the database before the run on August 9th. It assigned NG-MAST STs but not NG-STAR STs. It seems to assign numbers to each of the genes involved but just not the sequence type. Does this indicate that all 349 genomes have an unknown ST or is something not working in the software?
Thanks,
