UgandaEMR Installer 1.1

The installer sets up a 32bit and 64bit Windows environment to run OpenMRS with the following:

• Java 7u79
• Mysql 5.5.8
• Apache Tomcat 7.0.64
• Mozilla Firefox Setup 44.0.2
• OpenMRS war file for Platform version 1.11.6 including all required modules to run the UgandaEMR distribution

This is the original release of the OpenMRS express installer by WHO, and is based off OpenMRS 1.6
