Changes:

Pull images from https://github.com/MaRDI4NFDI/wikibase-release-pipeline as mentioned in Update wikibase containers to new version #451.
Correct Wikibase.php to fix synchronization in WDQS.
Overwrite runUpdate.sh in WDQS-updater to include port, which fixes synchronization.
Add COMPOSE_FILE in template.env to avoid chaining files when doing docker-compose up.
