Becoming A Contributor: What is an ICLA or OCLA?

Unless a contribution is being committed on behalf of an individual by a contributor with commit privileges, all contributors must either have an Individual Contributor License Agreement (ICLA) on file or be part of Organizational Contributor License Agreement and Software Grant (OCLA). Contributors do not have to complete an ICLA or OCLA unless requested by the Mach-II project.
