1. Прописать настройки для установки базы из консоли.
2. Выполнить php protected/yiic migrate --interactive=0
3. Для начала установки пройдите по ссылке http://ваш-домен/install.php
4. Не забудьте скопировать из архива файл .htaccess
5. После установки удалить файл install.php
