MDB support

The current controller board + FW supports MDB via header J39 on the main PCB.

Pinout as follows: (pin 1 at bottom, as per silkscreen)

  1. 5v (not used)
  2. MDB GND (signal)
  3. Master TX (connect to MDB slaves RX)
  4. Master RX (connect to MDB slaves TX)
  5. GND
  6. 24VDC

(it needs this type of 6 pin plug: https://www.digikey.co.uk/en/products/detail/molex/0026034061/2405431)

This can be connected to an MDB slave, and the device needs to be enabled in the vending menu system (eg card reader, bill counter, coinmech)
