AgriTech Nexus SIH

Overview

AgriTech Nexus SIH is a project aimed at assisting farmers in efficiently growing crops and minimizing losses. It includes features such as an Expected SP (Selling Price) predictor, the ability to change the location for crop recommendations, and disaster response steps. In the event of a calamity, the system will send SMS notifications to farmers to keep them informed.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

Make sure you have Node.js and npm installed on your machine.

Installation

npm i

npm run start

Features

1. Expected SP Predictor:

• Provides a predictor for the expected selling price of crops.

2. Location-based Recommendations:

• Farmers can change the location to receive crop recommendations tailored to their region.

3. Disaster Response Steps:

• In the event of a calamity, the system displays recommended steps for farmers to take.

4. SMS Intimation:

• Farmers receive SMS notifications to stay informed before disasters on how to proect their crop.
