Simple project to reproduce an issue working with custom modules in UE5.
There is one custom module (/Source/Foo). The project compiles and runs in PIE without issue, but when packaged the Foo module is not found.
We can see from the logs that the Foo sources are found and compiled, so it's not clear why this is happening.
