3D strain analysis

The repository is composed of different sections

• Strain3D_analysis.py
  Strain computation with the tensor method (E=(F.T*F-I)*0.5).

• Strain3D_tag.py
  Strain computation with the simple method (E=(L-L0)/L0).

• Strain3D_plotting.R
  For plotting Err, Ecc and Ell across all 10 subjects here.

• The plot_middle_atlas and plot_tag_atlas contains only the figures for Err, Ecc and Ell.
