I made a few updates to the autotesting docker configuration:

  1. Renamed docker-compose.yml to compose.yaml
  2. Remove deprecated version key and fix UBUNTU_VERSION "no default value" warning
  3. Fix warning in server Dockerfile (case mismatch in FROM and as)
  4. Update postgres and redis images to match the MarkUs docker configuration.
  5. Drop support for Python 3.7 in testers
