New features:
- Set all IVs in the gallery to 15, e.g. for balance testing a romhack (Suggested by Baconfry)
Bug fixes:
- Forretress override in IV maxer actually works now
- Options are now clearer that they only patch the Gallery (in the future I might implement patching of the current story as well)
