functionally identical but a lot nicer to read
that's what i get for developing with a beta version of Xcode 🤦

I was debugging a problem I was having and decided to clean up KeyboardLayoutConstraint while I was at it, which proved to be very successful, so I decided to create a pull request for it.
I also removed the
@availableannotation which seems to not do anything, since it's inside the conditionally compiled block…
