Implement the movie search app task.

Features:

• Dual side-by-side views of search results and details
• debounced search input with pagination for further page results
• preserved results via proper page routing and params/search params
• Setup proper types for TMDB results via helper util

• at root add an .env file to contain VITE_TMDB_API_TOKEN - bearer token
