#Designer Content Converted to Concrete 5.7.4.1

This requires version 5.7.4.1 or greater

The original author, https://github.com/jordanlev/c5_designer_content still needs to review this code before it gets merged into the offical repo, so at this moment there are no promises on stability, but if you find some issues in the meantime let me know and I see what I can do.
