The main problem here is that
The content of is a list of sectionsis missing a word. The content of what?configSections is always written starting with a lowercase c.
Coincidentally, I noticed this issue in the documentation today when I read through it, and then I saw @Rick-Anderson just left a review on someone else's PR (#929) to fix this issue. That's an old PR and I'm not sure if the guy who created it is still active. So here's my proposed changes.
