Add installation steps for RHEL

This commit adds detailed instructions for installing, updating, and uninstalling the Microsoft Intune app on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8 and 9. 

- Steps to add the Microsoft repository
- Commands for installation using dnf
- Update instructions using dnf
- Uninstallation process, including removal of local registration data
