Hangasha

Hangasha - mini CRM

The basic idea is to help Hangasha (team) manage their relationship with Mungashim (users).

But, this might help other production teams. If so, this could be designed as a mini CRM for Spark.

What's needed?

• Create meta data on user with disability (DB)
• Assign team member to user
• Document upload for user - disability card, other docs might be required
• Relate users if escort required - for those who must attend midburn accompanied by assistant, we need to know who are the related users, might be more then one
• Ability to comment on users by team - mostly for comments after phone calls
• Record is Per eventId
• Ability to do a summary on the event with the user.

What's not a must, but might bring benefit

• Tasks - ability to create tasks for team, i.e. "Follow-up in a week"

Need to consider this a more general meta data profile to manage all production volunteers.
