Can you run nightly on this PR ? Unfortunately Rosetta isn't test didn't launch on this change. |

There was a randomly thrown Rosetta integration test issue complaining with the message:
processing stalled, the request_funds and/or create_account workflow(s) are/is not defined properly.And we have had the
create_accountworkflow, so it is logical to addrequest_fundsin case it might be needed.
