Getting Started

The recommended browser to run this app on is chrome, but any browser will work. Follow these 5 easy steps to start analyzing data!

1. Register a new account using the sign-up button (titled "Sign in Instead"), and enter your email, name, a unique username, and a unique password. After registering your account click on the button titled "Log In instead" and enter the same username and password. This should let you into the site.
2. Start by looking at the panel on the left. This panel contains all necessary filters for the data.
3. Select a compound using the filters feature on the right-hand side of the box labeled "Compounds". The filters allow you to select a compound based on NCGC SID, name, target, MoA, and SMILES. This compound selection applies to the dose response curve visuals, EFF vs AC50 scatterplot, and combined response curves.
4. Next, select your R2 value and minimum number of test (tumor) cell lines. The default R2 value is 0.8 and the default minimum number of test cell lines is 4.
5. Lastly, select the reference and test cell lines that are to be included in the visuals. The website may take some time to refresh.

That's it! Now you are able to view the data. NOTE: At the bottom of the main page there are options to download data as CSV files.
