<p>Auto-launch
from ModelDB or:</p>
<p>Compile
the mod files with mknrndll (mswin or graphical mac) or nrnivmodl
(unix/linux)). Start the simulation by (unix/linux) typing on the
command line:</p>
<p>nrngui
mosinit.hoc</p>
<p>or
(mac os x) drag and dropping the mosinit.hoc file on the nrngui icon
or (mswin) double clicking on the mosinit.hoc file.</p>

<p>mosinit.hoc will reproduce the simulated traces in Fig.5 of the paper.</p>
<p>Click on buttons "50pA", "100pA", "200pA", "250pA" to run the simulations at different current injection in all the conditions:</p>

  - No CaT (red line)<p/>
  <p/>
  - No NaP (blue line)<p/>
  <p/>
  - No CaT + No NaP (green line)<p/>
