- Expanded reading support for Legion _lgt.wdt and added support for SL+ _lgt.wdt
- Adds empty constructors for WDT's and WDT MAIN chunk
- Add optional BLP to skip mipmap generation (e.g. minimaps should only have 1 mipmap level)
- Fixed one entrys directory I missed last PR, namespaces unchanged this time, just files
