- Now only pierces when perfectly charged.
As a Secondary this felt too similar to the Primary, just being another flavor of hitscan laser attack.

New Secondary: Defense Matrix
- Project an energy field that neutralizes ranged attacks from enemies. Reduces non-secondary cooldowns by 0.5s for every projectile deleted.
- Lasts 2s, 6s cooldown.
- Can attack while using this skill.
- Projectile deletion rules are the same as RiskyMod Captain
- Does not delete stationary projectiles like Mushrum puddles and SCU/AWU superattacks.
- Works against hitscan attacks.
- Project an energy field that neutralizes ranged attacks from enemies. Reduces non-secondary cooldowns by 0.5s for every projectile deleted.

Recall/Overheat slots being swapped from SS1 was due to Cyborg being developed before Lysate Cells were added to the game.

New Alt Utility: Flight Mode

Gain 200% speed and fly in the direction you are looking at for 1.5s.

Deals 400% damage and knocks enemies away on impact.

*Does this fit? Need advice on tuning it. Would probably feel better if it had an anim to go with it.*

- Moved to Special slot.
- Increased cooldown from 10s -> 12s
- Reduced proc coefficient from 1.0 -> 0.7
- Reduced base DPS from 800% -> 700%
- Minimum DPS reduced from -80% -> -90%
