0.9.0 - Internal Restructuring and Official SS2 Compatibility

If updating from 0.8.0 and below, uninstall the mod before installing this version.

  • Changed plugin file structure.

    • AssetBundle and Soundbanks are no longer embedded in the DLL, reducing RAM usage.
      • This is extra important since this is a big mod, so all the assets in the mod were getting duplicated in memory and eating up RAM before this.
  • Mod is now compatible with Official SS2 (needs testing)

    • All references to Starstorm2 internally have been changed to Starstorm2Unofficial
    • Added config for disabling survivors.
    • Added config for disabling Commando/MUL-T Grandmastery skins.

    Be sure to go through the config of both mods to enable/disable features that are duplicated.

  • Fixed skill choices not being saved when closing the game.

  • Nemmando

    • Decisive Strike now gives 200 armor while slashing.

      This was in the original build, but I ended up removing to see how it would play. Not really sure how to feel about it.

  • Cyborg

    • Added unused lore.

    • Shock Core

      • No longer prematurely detonates when near enemies.
      • Shield bar no longer shows when this is equipped.

      Might buff and move to the Special slot in a future update, or add this functionality to the existing Special. Defense Matrix overshadows anything that could go in the secondary slot.

    • Recall

      • Lowered damage from 1200% -> 800%
  • Pyro

    • Added unused lore.
    • Suppressive Fire
      • Description now lists DPS instead of per-shot damage.
