@Andrew-AbiMansour @Lnaden do I still need to go in and edit the validation script manually to be able to add Upf1? I want to add information related to building a homology model of nsp13 / simulating it bound to ATP and RNA |

@Lnaden I guess i fixed it by just changing the validation script, but i'll add a few more things before giving the go-ahead to merge |

I have been working on starting a repo to collate some attempts at building a homology model of nsp13 bound to ATP / RNA to do CADD.
