Zenith Zodiac Weight & Balance app version 1.2.1

Extensive work on implementing full metric functionality (in progress!)

1. Added Edit menu with Imperial or Metric menu items
2. Made all fields "generically named" rather than Imperial specific
3. Made chart area axis labels dynamic based on selected measure unit option

Other changes

1. Added configurable colors for <= max gross and > max gross and added those colors to totals boxes
2. Completely re-wrote the question box block into a structure
