Scripts that integrate together a variety of packages (PISM, IceBin, ModelE) in pursuit of two-way GCM -- ice model coupling.

Contents

1. pism: Produce a spun-up PISM run (20km gridcells).

2. landice: Produce ModelE input files, with IceBin using the atmosphere grid.

3. topo: Reproduce Gary's TOPO-generating system; interpolate a PISM ice sheet into it.
