MetaDIG Quality Engine Suites and Checks version 0.4.0

This feature release contains:

• ESS-DIVE version 1.1.0 suite
  • this suite now uses the FAIR categories instead of the categories used in the 1.0 suite (Identity, Discovery, Interpretation)
